The
Teachers of Tomorrow Organization is an organization focused on
establishing connections between prospective elementary, secondary,
special, and combined teachers with current administrative personnel
and educators in order to provide authentic educational experiences to
bring to the future classrooms.
-
In
order to be involved in TOT the members are asked to participate
in one of the service project as well as attend at least one
meeting per semester.
-
Individuals
interested in the organization are encouraged to join at any time.
-
Being
a part of TOT is a wonderful way to meet fellow teachers, receive
first hand information from current teachers, receive first hand
experience by participating in a variety of events and activities,
and is a reference for resumes and job interviews!
-
We
are involved with the Lincoln Way Special Olympics, have
coordinated a shoe drive for Share Your Soles, hosted Scholastic
Book Fairs, and have had guest authors perform and speak
including, Dr. Renard Harlow, with local schools like Laraway and
San Miguel.
