Presidential Libraries 
This site give you access to each of the presidential libraries.  You can research individual presidents and examine records, speeches and personal papers. 

The White House 
In addition to a tour of the White House you can obtain information on White House speeches, statements, press releases and current government statistics. It also contains a citizen's information guide to the federal government. 

Presidential Speeches 
This site, sponsored by the University of Oklahoma Law Center allows you to retrieve all state of the union and inaugural addresses dating back to George Washington.  It has other presidential speeches as well. There is a second place to find presidential speeches.

Grolier’s Online:  The American Presidency 
Here you will find a compendium of presidential resources.  This page at the Grolier's Encyclopedia online site will give you a brief history of the presidency. 

American Presidents
This is a good general source for information about the presidency.  It provides a wide varieity of informtion about the office and what surrounds the president. The emphasis is on trying to provide information in an interesting and entertaining fashion. 

History of the Presidency 
This site includes mini documentaries, presidential election returns and an explanation of the background and history of the office. 

Presidential Popularity
The Gallup Poll site enables you to track the president's public approval ratings. Go to their web site and click on search and type in the word president. 

Presidential Campaigns Memorabilia
The library at Duke University has an online exhibit of historical presidential campaign memorabilia.  It includes the text of campaign documents, digitalized images of campaign buttons, pamphlets, T-shirts, and bumper stickers. 

Federal Government Agencies Directory
This site has federal agencies that are on the internet.  This is the location for the executive branch, the cabinet, boards and commissions.  Just about any agency in the federal government can be found here. 

American Presidency Project
Established by University of California at Santa Barbar in 1999.  Site contains historical documents of the presidents such as state of the union addresses and Saturday radio addresses.
