The Syllabus is an online explanation of several aspects of the class including:  course description and objectives, use of the Internet, role of the listserv and bulletin board,  internet exercises, reading assignments, and grading system.

Topics and Readings lists the material covered in the lectures and the required reading for each topic. Each week we cover one of the five areas listed on this page.  Week one we cover the Introduction, week two Political Actors on the Internet, week three Legal problems, week four Ethical and Cultural Issues and week five Internet and Democracy.

The Announcements page is a place for me to post any changes made in the Web site.  If I make any changes I will also notify you via email, but frequent attention to this page will be helpful.

The Communications page is a place to get information about the details of the listserv and the bulletin board.  How you get signed on and off and how we will use them.

Internet Exercises is a list and description of the Internet projects you will do for this class.

Lecture Notes are some of my lectures in outline form.
